Synchronization Accuracy of Machine Tool Slides

           

            The control axis regulates the bending depth and angle. This closed-loop system integrates a CNC unit, two grating scales (Y1 and Y2) mounted on the worktable, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve, and its electronic amplifier. It precisely monitors and controls the relative position between the slides and the worktable, regulating both speed and position to maintain synchronized operation. This ensures consistent bending depth and angle, achieving high synchronization accuracy.

Machine Tool Backstop (X) Axis

       

          The backstop beam's front/rear stroke control axis, used to regulate bending and flanging dimensions. The backstop is driven by a servo motor through a ball screw, which, according to the CNC system's signals, moves the beam along the linear guide pair with smooth operation and high precision.

Mechanical Compensation Device (V) Axis

         The motor drives the tension plate of the mechanical compensation device to control each compensation point, forming a smooth transition arc. This arc precisely adapts to the deformation of the worktable and slider, ensuring consistent angles and straightness in the user's workpiece. A position sensor detects the compensation magnitude, which is controlled by the numerical control system (DA-53TX), providing user-friendly operation.

         The machine tool is mainly composed of frame, worktable, rear stop, slider, electrical system and hydraulic system. The frame is welded by left and right wall panels, worktable vertical plate, oil tank and crossbeam. The internal stress is eliminated by high frequency vibration. The large floor boring is machined in one piece to ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity of all installation surfaces.And the structure of the two cylinder drive, ensures the synchronization precision and the precision of the machine tool.

         The machine tool has excellent rigidity, outstanding anti-twisting and anti-tilting capability. The worktable, column, crossbeam, and slider possess high rigidity, and deformation compensation is achieved through mechanical compensation devices. Consequently, during bending, the workpiece maintains excellent straightness and angular consistency.

And the workbench is equipped with a mechanical compensation mechanism, which can ensure the precision of the parts and has the function of automatic compensation of CNC.

         The die is a critical component of the bending machine. The standard upper die is segmented and equipped with a quick clamping device, enabling rapid die changes and labor efficiency, while featuring an inclined iron deflection compensation function. The standard lower die is a CNC double-V die or a square die with four-sided grooves, featuring V-grooves of varying widths to accommodate workpieces of different plate thicknesses. Both dies are made of die steel 42CrMo and undergo full quenching, ensuring high wear resistance.
