Product Description

The machine is equipped with imported rack and pinion and linear guideway components, ensuring smooth transmission and high precision.
The bed adopts a honeycomb structure and is manufactured through integrated welding. The beam features a domestic honeycomb structure with outer walls formed by integral plate bending and welding. It undergoes stress relief annealing after welding, followed by rough machining. After rough machining, vibration stress relief is applied before semi-finishing and finishing processes. As a result, the bed and beam exhibit excellent structural rigidity and high precision, with all welding stresses completely eliminated to prevent permanent deformation.
The pneumatic chuck rotation mechanism automatically adjusts the clamping force based on the pipe's profile, diameter, and wall thickness.

The X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with imported servo motors, which provide high precision, high speed, and a high inertia ratio, ensuring stable performance and durability.
The high-precision rack and linear guides are fully sealed with protective covers to prevent dry friction movement and contamination from dust, thereby extending the service life of the transmission components and ensuring the machining accuracy of the machine.
The professional Wiscut.B pipe cutting system offers bevel cutting, pipe material error detection, and automatic correction to guarantee cutting accuracy. Its common-edge cutting function reduces waste and saves production costs, while the corner cutting technology prevents over-burning and ensures excellent cross-section quality.

The bed adopts a steel plate honeycomb welding structure, with layered reinforcement for extremely high strength.

The laser cutting head is equipped with an imported capacitive non-contact height tracking system, which responds sensitively and accurately, avoids collisions between the cutting head and the processed sheet, maintains the cutting focus position, and ensures consistent cutting quality.

   The fiber laser cutting head offers significant advantages in large-format fiber laser cutting applications. Its internal structure is fully sealed to prevent optical components from dust contamination. It adopts two-point centering adjustment, with focusing driven by imported motors, significantly enhancing piercing efficiency.
   The protective lens features a drawer-type installation for easy replacement. It is compatible with various lasers with QBH connectors. All water-conducting components are made of stainless steel. The water cooling system for optical elements and fiber sockets generates error signals in case of collisions, cable damage, or exceeding measurement area tolerances.

    The FSCUT5000A bus system is suitable for three-chuck dedicated      cutting machines. When paired with the tube nesting software                TubesT, it enables common-edge cutting, saving more time and            materials.

    Based on the real-time bus system and integrated control, it allows        faster tube corner cutting, with more stable corner following and            more reliable cutting quality.

    The tube nesting software TubesT simplifies 3D graphics drawing,        supports tool path editing for angle steel, channel steel and I-steel,        and enables common-edge cutting to save more time and materials.

   It adopts high-quality stainless steel cold water circulation pumps, featuring large flow, low noise and long service life. The plastic water tank, stainless steel pipelines and valves eliminate the risk of rust.
   The control system uses a liquid crystal controller to display the cooling water temperature in real time, enabling simple and intuitive operation with a water temperature control accuracy of ±1ºC.
   It is equipped with an automatic fault diagnosis function that directly displays fault points on the screen, and provides multiple protection functions and passive alarm terminals.
   Among them, the "dual-temperature type" model provides stable and real-time water temperature control for the laser.
