 Main Advantages

Molds are the key components of a press brake. The standard upper die is segmented and equipped with a quick clamping device, which enables rapid and effortless tool change, and also features a wedge-type deflection compensation function. The standard lower die is a CNC double-V die or a square die with grooves on four sides, featuring V-grooves of different widths to facilitate bending workpieces of varying thicknesses. Both the upper and lower molds are made of 42CrMo tool steel, hardened throughout, ensuring high wear resistance.
